These terms apply to scorned.ai and the products operated by Scorned Labs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we"). Each product has its own terms for the service and its billing, which add to these: for Namealike, see namealike.com/terms. If they conflict, the product's terms govern that product.

Using our sites and products

Use them lawfully and as intended. Don't try to disrupt them, access them in ways we don't offer, or resell them without our permission.

Payments

Paid products are billed through Stripe at the price shown when you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; each product explains how to cancel and its refund terms.

No professional advice

Our products provide information. Unless a product says otherwise, nothing we provide is legal, financial or other professional advice.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, our sites and products are provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes here, emailing customers about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
