Scorned Labs, LLC ("we") is a Florida company that builds and runs software products. This policy covers scorned.ai and every product we operate, currently Namealike. A product may publish its own privacy page with product-specific detail; where it does, that page adds to this policy.

This website has no accounts, forms, analytics or tracking cookies. Games on it may remember settings such as music volume in your own browser; that never reaches us. If you email us, we use your address only to reply.
What our products collect
When you buy or use one of our products we collect what's needed to provide it: your name and email address, the details you give us for the service (for Namealike, the trademark you want watched and what you sell), and your subscription status. Payments are handled by Stripe: you enter card details directly on Stripe's page and they never reach our systems.
How we use it
To provide the product, send the emails it promises (such as alerts and receipts), handle billing and support, and tell you about material changes. We don't send marketing from other companies.
Who else handles it, and how
We use a small number of service providers, each only to provide its service to us: Stripe (payments), an email delivery provider (sending product emails) and Cloudflare (website hosting). We pass information to them only through their secure, encrypted connections. We never sell or rent your information, and we disclose it to anyone else only if the law requires it.
How we protect it
Our websites and every connection to our service providers use encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Customer data is stored on our own hardware with access limited to us, and backed up to private storage that only we control. Where a product uses AI, it runs on our own hardware, not on third-party AI services, and your data is never used to train a model. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we'll tell you promptly.
How long we keep it
While you're a customer and for up to 12 months after you cancel, except billing records, which we keep as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
Email hello@scorned.ai to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Our products aren't directed at children under 13.
